Publication Awards – A new opportunity to partner with The Etruscan Foundation
Toward its mission to support publication and promote public understanding, the Etruscan Foundation is seeking donors to help sponsor Publication Awards. These awards would recognize and honor the contributions of archaeologists and scholars in the field and provide subventions in support of books, monographs, or articles to bring those publications to completion.
By contributing to the Foundation’s award program, you empower emerging scholars to participate in scholarly conferences and publish innovative research, and bring new voices to the understanding and conservation of cultural heritage.
Through your designated gift, you play a vital role in uncovering the past, preserving heritage, and advancing the next generation of experts committed to Italic and Etruscan studies.
“We want to sincerely thank The Etruscan Foundation for your sponsorship and support. We cannot fully express what this has meant to and done for the Classics Graduate Students at the University at Buffalo. Through the First Annual CGSA Spring Symposium, we have shown the members of our community what they themselves are capable of, and what graduate students are capable of at large. […] This event has not only procured the Second Annual CGSA Spring Symposium, but inspired one of our attendees from the University of Pisa (Carmine De Mizio) to host a similar graduate student-led symposium at his home institution next year (which we hope to participate in and attend!).”
