The Etruscan Foundation is dedicated to the conservation, documentation, preservation and restoration of the natural and cultural heritage of Tuscany, ancient land of the Etruscans. The Foundation's activities shall include:

  • The dissemination of new discoveries and developments in Etruscan Studies.
  • The study of the cultural and material history of the Etruscans and their predecessors and successors in Tuscany.
  • The documentation, conservation, and restoration of characteristic examples of the built architectural form in rural Tuscany.

Membership in the Etruscan Foundation helps underwrite the research and scholarship activities of the Foundation, and supports the archaeological projects taking place under the Foundation's auspices. Your membership gives you access to Foundation-sponsored lectures, seminars, and conferences taking place in the US and abroad. Members may obtain our scholarly journal, Etruscan Studies, at significantly discounted rates.

  Etruscan Studies

Etruscan Studies is the only scholarly journal on Etruscology and related disciplines in the English language. It details activities in all areas of research and study related to the Etruscan civilization with articles contributed by scholars around the world, as well as reviews of meetings and publications of interest to the professional community. The editor and editorial board are drawn from members of the Etruscan Foundation's Advisory Board.
